GRADIENT GEOLOGY SHAWL SUMMER KAL
At The NeedleTree
We have a great little KAL (knit-along) planned to wrap up summer (pun intended). The Geology is a beautiful tiered little wrap by Very Busy Monkey that, while not written for a gradient lends itself perfectly for a gradient. I just finished the shop sample in a Sweet Georgia Party of Five pack.
This design is knit in a fingering yarn and is a crescent shape with a series of distinct textured strata. We thought this would be a fun project and a great way to try our latest obsession, the gradient.
Our first KAL meeting will go over the pattern layout, with a few hints on the tiers and textures. K.T. will also review the tab cast-on.
